RAC Adjustments, Inc. was founded in 1980 and has seen steady growth as a property, auto, and liability adjusting firm. In 2001, RAC Risk Services was added to serve
the worker's compensation needs of self-insured customers.
RACRS is characterized as the "paragon" for worker's compensation Risk Management in bringing the full continuum
of Risk Services to its customers. Services range from comprehensive loss control, through final data analysis and re-calibration of the loss control plan.
RACRS enjoys the backing of the full professional and support staff of RAC Adjustments. Your primary adjusters/account managers are Brad Osborn and Elisa McLaughlin.

Recognizing the need for a results oriented, client focused provider of risk management services that
specializes in self-insured business, Brad started RACRS in January of 2001. He has a wealth of experience... Brad started in claims
in 1990 and moved into the managed care industry in 1994. In 1997, Brad joined the world's 4th largest airline where he was the lead
risk management specialist. Brad's knowledge, experience and creative results oriented approach has helped to establish RACRS' reputation as the Rockford
area's leading risk management group. |

Elisa joined RACRS early in its inception in 2001 and is currently the senior adjuster. She brings a wide
mix of experiences and a thorough understanding of the industry. Elisa started in the insurance industry in 1992. She has functioned as a
medical bill payment specialist, claims rep and claims supervisor. Her considerable experience forms the foundation of her effective problem
solving approach. Clients of RACRS recognize her
as a talented and dedicated professional who ensures things are done right.

Sara started with our parent company in 1999, bringing her solid financial background. Her responsibilities
involved resolution on all lines of claims. In 2005, Sara transferred to the Risk Services division as a worker's compensation claims adjuster.
In under a year, she began managing our work with Swedish American Health System. Sara remains dedicated to Swedish American where works onsite
each day of the week. Her thorough knowledge of worker’s compensation and understanding the needs of clients has shaped her success. Sara has consistently earned the trust and respect of our customers
and her peers.

Before coming to RAC Risk Services, Steve was in the worker’s compensation market where he led a series of successful marketing and account management initiatives. He recently joined us, having started in late 2006. His work includes marketing and account management and he also handles the Rockford Mass Transit District worker's compensation claims. Steve’s career is characterized by his strong abilities and thorough approach to solving problems.

Kimberly Bognar is a specialist in all aspects of short term disability
benefits managment. Her career has provided her with an uniquely high level of exposure
to multiple aspects of benefits package implementation and their attending issues.
Kimberly's extensive foundation and thorough understanding of benefits analysis
enables her to consistently develop highly efficient programs that provide for the needs of
employees while reducing costs.
